A Chinstrap is an easy and effective way to ensure your mouth stays closed during CPAP treatment if you are using either a nasal or a nasal pillow mask.
Chinstraps can also help prevent dry mouth, swallowing air and bloating.
This Chinstrap is made from elastic and has a very stable, multi strap design which holds it securely in place. You can adjust both the top and back strap for more support, comfort and stability.
How to choose the correct size Chinstrap:
Measure around your head from under your chin to the crown of your head (measuring from just in front of your ears and over your forehead) and back to the starting point under your chin. The circumferences shown below are the median size for each chin strap.
Small - fits where the measurement is around 54cm
Medium - fits where the measurement is around 60cm
Large- fits where the measurement is around 66cm

Chin and mouth strap
By: Daryll Zimmermann on 8 August 2024I have been using CPAP for about 3yrs, as I am a mouth breather at times I used to use a straight chin strap with some success. I recently switched to a chin and mouth strap and have amazing results from this product. No more dry mouth and a peaceful nights sleep.
